How long will my delivery take? |
| If you provided your email address when ordering, you will be sent a shipment notification when the item leaves our facility. The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country’s customs office. Note that International orders shipped with Standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver. |

How can I check the status of my order? |
You will need the Order Number and email address used when placing the order. Simply visit Track Order. If you did not enter an email address when placing your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@art.com with your order number and we will gladly assist you.
When your order ships, we e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Note that International orders shipped with Standard delivery cannot be tracked.

What is your return policy? |
|
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. Will I be billed duties and taxes? |
|
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Art.com has no control over this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Why can’t you ship to my country? |
| Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries. If you are able to select your country when filling in your address, then we are able to ship most products to your country. Regardless of your country, we are not able to ship any frames larger than 35 x 43 overseas.

| 6.
Do you ship to countries to which the carrier does not offer shipping insurance? |
| Yes. We will ship your order (at your own risk) if we receive payment in U.S. currency using an International Money Order in advance.

| 7.
Can I express ship my order? |
We will gladly express ship posters to most international destinations. To set up express shipping, please call us at 1-919-831-0199 (outside the U.S.) or 1-800-952-5592 (inside the U.S.), or email us at support@art.com, and our Customer Experience Team will discuss express shipping options and pricing with you.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to express ship our framed products.
