1. What if I have a question about my order?
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please login to your account for details or contact our Customer Experience Team toll free at 1-800-952-5592 or via email at support@art.com with any questions.

2. Is my personal information secure?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your e-mail address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you take advantage of special offers made by our marketing partners, we may transfer your personal information to them. 3. Do I have to sign in with my account name and password to browse the site?
No. Art.com site visitors can freely browse the web site. Shoppers use their account name and password only to update account information on file or track an order they have placed. If you cannot remember your password, click the following link and your information will be emailed to you: http://www.art.com/asp/secure/your_account/get_password.asp. You may also contact our Customer Experience Team toll free at 1-800-952-5592 or via email at support@art.com with any questions. We will be happy to assist you.

4. How can I remove my credit card information from my account?
Simply login to your account and you can modify the payment options on your account.

5. What if I forgot my account number and password?
If you have forgotten your account number and password, please click the following link and your information will be emailed to you: http://www.art.com/asp/secure/your_account/get_password.asp

6. How can I check my order status?
You can find your order status under the my account section of our site. When you placed your order with us, you should have received a confirmation email with your order number referenced in the subject line. This email included a login name and password to access your online account information.

To log on, click the My Account icon at the top of this page and enter your login name and password without spaces. Once logged into the My Account section, you can click on ‘track orders’ to obtain detailed order information.
