Beyond enticingly open windows and gossamer, parted curtains, Lynn Fecteau beckons viewers to enter a tropical paradise abounding in colorful, exotic flowers and aquamarine waters. Growing up along the New Jersey shore, Fecteau became strongly connected to nature, and sought solace in the nearby ocean and woods. She draws inspiration from travels to the Caribbean, the South Pacific, South America and other locales. Painting primarily in acrylics on wood and canvas, she infuses her work with a sense of depth and space. Fecteau also utilizes her art to raise money for numerous charitable organizations.
