International Shipping & Delivery
International shipping for posters and prints:
- Posters/Prints will ship via Brokers World Wide and unfortunately tracking is not offered. (Applies to all countries except Germany.)
- Posters/Prints shipped Expedited service will ship via FedEx.
- Posters may be shipped Express to most international destinations. Please contact our Customer Support Team.

Estimating Delivery Time
The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver.

Checking Order Status
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations. A tracking number will also be provided if tracking is available for your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you'd rather mail in a payment and are not located within the United States, we will accept an International money order drawn on U.S. funds. If you are shopping in a non-USD currency, you will not be able to mail in a money order. See price fluctuation below for more information. (Due to the constant fluctuation in exchange rates, we would not be able to guarantee that your grand total is the same now as it would be when your money order was received.)
For browsing and ordering, you can also set your currency to U.S. dollars.
Art.com is based in the United States, and as such all pricing is set against the U.S. dollar. Due to changing conversion rates, the conversion from USD to your currency will likely be different today than it is tomorrow. When you view products in a non-USD currency, you will likely notice the value change from day to day as a result.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
How to Return Your Item

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries. If you are able to select your country when filling in your address, then we are able to ship most products to your country. Regardless of your country, we are not able to ship any frames larger than 35" x 43" overseas.
Yes, we will ship your order if we receive payment in advance, in U.S. currency using an international money order. Please note all shipments are made at your own risk.
