A five-alarm fire in 2011 destroyed this school’s art supplies and books. This was especially devastating since art is at the core of Creative Arts’ educational philosophy. These artworks will hang in classrooms as part of the school’s Visual Thinking Strategies curriculum. VTS is a discussion-based approach that uses art to inspire students’ curiosity about the world.
