About the Artwork  
Mary Dipnall’s enchanting artworks re-create the simple pleasure of sitting in a sunny meadow amidst multicolored wildflowers. Born in Portsmouth, Dipnall was influenced by her family's picnics and vacations to England’s picturesque West Country. This pastoral lifestyle, combined with an absence of formal training, permeate Dipnall’s work with warmth and a carefree ambiance. After marrying and having children, she began painting full-time, specializing in captivating images of wildflowers. In 1980, Dipnall had her first exhibition in London, and she continues to display her work regularly in England.
