This giclée print delivers a vivid image with maximum color accuracy and exceptional resolution. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are “sprayed” onto high-quality paper. With the great degree of detail and smooth transitions of color gradients, giclée prints appear much more realistic than other reproduction prints. The high-quality paper is acid free with a smooth surface.

Hearts race as fast as cars careening around the curves of the Monaco Grand Prix. A Formula One road course originating in 1929, the Grand Prix is one of the world’s most important and prestigious races. Its road rockets speed along perilously narrow streets, punishing corners and precarious stretches high above Monaco’s bay. Considered the ultimate test of driving skills in Formula One, the danger of the Monaco race would prevent it from being added to the Grand Prix schedule today if it were not such a tradition.
Considered one of the world’s outstanding automotive artists, George Ham is known for technical accuracy and meticulous realism. Spending time behind the wheel as well as the easel, Ham (1900 – 1972) was a car enthusiast who replicated the exact position of every automobile component, often exaggerating details to simulate fierce momentum. In addition to watercolors and gouaches, Ham also sketched many caricatures conveying the personalities of race car drivers. His work was featured in a catalogue, a major French pictorial magazine, and in posters created for the Grand Prix of Monaco and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
