This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.

The image itself is fabulous and quite unusual. Unfortunately the impact is rather lost because the colours lack depth and there is an overall softness- as if the image isn't quite in focus. Perhaps this is a characteristic of the giclee printing process, together with the matt finish produced. In future I would only buy a giclee print of an image suited to a soft effect e.g. a watercolour.
