I Am Still Learning (Aun Aprendo) (charcoal on paper), Goya y Lucientes, Francisco Jose de (1746-1828) / Prado, Madrid, Spain / The Bridgeman Art Library
This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.

It was a gift for a private office that was, because of the workmanship, sincerely appreciated.
I love this print! Originally just a small sketch, I purchased the 91 x 122cm giclee print and had it wood mounted. Although the enlarged version of the print is not perfect, I believe it probably has more to do with the condition of the original rather than the enlargement process itself. I was very impressed by the quality of the mounting and am very glad I spent the money and did so. The size does make it somewhat heavy, but I didn't have any trouble hanging it. What I like most about the sketch is it's rawness and the message it portrays. "Aun aprendo." I also like that it seems as though the artist may not have drawn it to be displayed.
