Himani socializes through her camera, deeply connecting with people in expressive, memorable imagery. A photographer for 20 years, Himani is ardent about shooting children, hula dancers, surfers and models, as well as people in everyday activities. For a decade, she photographed corporate events throughout the world for Merrill Lynch. In 2002, she was commissioned to shoot the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. Her Hawaiian art photography has been used in calendars, greeting cards and books. In addition, Himani's popular, insightful photos adorn fashion catalogs, advertisements, travel brochures, magazines and CD covers.
