This tapestry is fabulous, hands down. It is fully lined on the back. The bottom has a enclosed pocket containing weighted rods so that the tapestry hangs straight (I ironed it before hanging, too). There is a top pocket through which the top hanging rod fits.

I know one can't trust a computer monitor to depict correct colors but I thought this piece would be more brilliantly colored than it is. While I was looking forward to that, I actually think that the tapestry works exceedingly well - perhaps better - in the more muted tones. (even in my attached photo the colors look more brilliant/intense than they actually are). The reds are burgundy. There is a fair amount of terracotta and gold, as well as dusky green. But there is also mauve/pink and smoke blue/periwinkle/blue green.

My decor tends to be "old world" and border of this carries it out perfectly. However, the vase and style of the flowers adds a refreshing modern touch - although not noticeable. My couch and two side chairs are dusky green and this blends perfectly. However, it will allow me to add throw pillows in vivid colors of red or burgundy, spring green, gold, bright blue to change it up with the seasons.

In short, I'm thrilled with this piece in terms of color and quality. The tapestry creates a nice difference from a painting or framed art. I LOVE it! Also, my ordering experience with Art.com was terrific although I wish they would allow more than one coupon at a time such as for free shipping plus purchased discount of the day.
