Comments:

This product arrived in impressively good timing.
Everybody who comes to my office loves my picture, and many clients comment on it.
Visible gaps in the corners of the frame show possible hasty workmanship, and a chip in the frame shows possible rough handling. Neither fault seems worth the hassle of seeking a refund. I'm too busy for messing around like that, but if this had been a gift to someone, the flaws would be patently unacceptable.
Otherwise the materials are high quality and the overall appearance is professional and very attractive. The picture does justice to a prime position on my wall.
I would certainly use art.com again if I wish to order another print, although I would stipulate upon purchase that I would not tolerate another substandard product.
