About the Artwork

A sun-warmed tile walkway invitingly meanders along dazzling blue waters brocaded with cascading flowers and quaint buildings in Sung Kim’s celebration of light and color, “Overlook Café I.” From South Korea, the award winning Kim previously helmed his own studio, illustrating magazines and children’s books. Now living in the United States, Kim has worked with various fine art galleries for 20 years and produced over 400 landscape paintings.
