At age five, Tim Cox announced his intent to be a cowboy artist when he grew up. Now an adult, Cox is among the world’s greatest western artists. Raising cattle and training horses in the Southwest, Cox uses his hands-on knowledge of the real cowboy experience to make his paintings more authentic in both color and perspective. Cox has received many awards for his artwork, include the Will Rogers Western Artist of the Year as well as the most prestigious award in the world of western art, the National Cowboy and Heritage Museum chose his painting for the coveted Prix de West Purchase Award. His work is featured in many publications and is highly prized by collectors.
