      It was weird but I received someone else's order (their photo made into a canvas wrapped frame. It had my name on the package but someone else's paperwork PLUS yet another person's invoice/packing list. However, Customer Service was wonderful in helping me out. They made me another of what I wanted (wonder who got the original LOL) very quickly and told me to dispose of the other or give it away and did not make me ship it back. Since I was on vacation when this arrived, I assume the others had already straightened out their own orders in the meantime. All's well that ends well!
