The Legacy Of My Husband Malcolm X By Betty Shabazz. Mrs. Betty Shabazz, whose happy marriage to Malcolm X was ended abruptly by assassins' bullets more than four years ago, has since then picked up the pieces of her shattered existence. While quietly rearing her six daughters in suburban Mount Vernon, N.Y., she has become an effective spokesman for the cause of human rights for blacks espoused by her martyred husband. The young widow recalls her marriage and assesses the impact of her husband's life and death of today's black youth.
This stretched canvas print is the result of sophisticated digital printing technology in which the image is printed directly onto an artist-grade, 100% cotton canvas. The canvas is then expertly stretched around 1.5" wooden bars and carefully finished with hand-painted edges. An acrylic coating protects the stunning giclee print from dust, moisture and fading. Watermark will not appear on finished product.
