This print is one of a series of four that celebrates the first chapter of Jane Kim’s Migrating Mural project. Through this multi-site mural series that chronicles the migration paths of endangered species, Jane Kim gives visibility to the plight of these animals and conveys the interconnectedness of the human and natural worlds. In the project’s first chapter, Jane brings attention to the Sierra Nevada bighorn sheep, one of the most endangered megafauna in North America, with her mural at the Mount Williamson Motel in Independence, California.
Through your purchase of this print, Art.com will contribute $10 to the Sierra Nevada Bighorn Foundation, an organization established to coordinate the recovery of this magnificent animal.
