This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.

- The Artist
Ferris Plock received his BA In Modern Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. And then he decided to draw for the rest of his life. Plock has held solo exhibitions in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York and has participated in exhibitions in Tokyo, London, Paris, and Miami. Drawing heavily upon a passion for storytelling developed during childhood, Plock’s work showcases the vast array of surreal characters explored in his uninhibited imagination. His latest work displays his love and admiration for traditional Japanese woodblock prints. Plock has created illustrations for many high-profile clients. He also served as the 2010 San Francisco Recology Artist in Resident. With wife and constant collaborator, Kelly Tunstall, he was nominated for a 2009 SF MOMA SECA award, and together the pair recently completed a site-specific body of work for SPQR, a San Francisco Michelin-starred restaurant.
