Ace photographer Richard E. Aaron has a marksman’s eye for shooting rock and roll’s big game in all their high-decibel glory. During his 30-year career, Aaron has photographed a galaxy of superstars onstage and behind the scenes, including Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Queen and The Who. Aaron also shot the cover for Peter Frampton’s megahit, “Frampton Comes Alive,” which is the best-selling double live album in history. Originally from New York, Aaron had the advantage of living near the major record companies when he embarked on his photographic career. Since then, Aaron has shot 4,000 groups on tour, and his work has appeared in more than 20,000 magazines, newspapers and books worldwide.
