Renowned Canadian artist Don Li-Leger has been spinning ethereal fantasies of color, light and texture for 30 years. Li-Leger’s signature style, called “Asian Fusion,” infuses his abstract artwork with touches of Asian art and Eastern philosophy and a texturally rich collage of calligraphy, geometric forms and natural elements. After studying plant ecology in college, Li-Leger painted the birds and animals of British Columbia, until trips to the Orient and North American wildlife sanctuaries shifted his creative focus. The symbiosis of art and natural forms is the underlying theme of Li-Leger’s art, which is inspired by the cherished flowers in his own garden.

My entertainment center sits at an angle in my living room, leaving a rather large space behind it. This poster is the perfect piece for that space, which is also occupied by two hanging globe lamps. The colors in the picture are sharp and vibrant. This poster adds texture and depth without crying out to be seen up close. It's also BIG, which I love. It's exactly what I needed. Thanks!
