About This Piece
The Art
This giclee print offers beautiful color accuracy on a highquality paper gsm that is a great option for framing with its smooth acid free surface Giclee French for to spray is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the papers surface creating natural color transitions

This giclée print delivers a vivid image with maximum color accuracy and exceptional resolution. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are “sprayed” onto high-quality paper. With the great degree of detail and smooth transitions of color gradients, giclée prints appear much more realistic than other reproduction prints. The high-quality paper (235 gsm) is acid free with a smooth surface.

The Artist
Robert Tyndall was born in London and gained a scholarship to Harrow School of Art. For some years he was with the merchant navy, returning to London in 1950 when he worked with the artist Ian Lyon and in various commercial studios. Between 1953-64 he used an artist agent, Frank Fisher, of the Tudor Art Agency and illustrated the first book by the young Antonia Fraser, also taking on the illustration of Noddy books for Enid Blyton after the death of Harmsen Van Der Beek, the original artist. After a career in publishing, Robert Tyndall returned to painting. He continues to travel and his paintings are in collections in the USA, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Australia and Britain.
