Spacewalk. Against the backdrop of a cloudy Earth, astronaut James S. Voss, payload commander, stands on a mobile foot restraint attached to Space Shuttle Endeavour by a remote manipulator arm. Note the reflection of the shuttle nose in his visor. This photograph was taken during mission STS-69 (7-18 September 1995) while Voss tested new tools and spacesuit accessories designed for use on board space stations. In his right hand is a camera, which he used to take snapshots during the spacewalk. This photographic print is digitally printed on archival photographic paper resulting in vivid, pure color and exceptional detail that is suitable for museum or gallery display.
