Lewis Waller actor and theatre manager in Henry V From Penroses Pictorial Annual An Illustrated Review of the Graphic Arts Volume edited by William Gamble and published by AW Penrose London Waller first appeared on the London stage in at Tooles and for some years added to his reputation as a capable actor in London and the provinces His fine voice and vigorous acting earned him critical acclaim in a number of Shakespearean roles such as the title character in Henry V Brutus in Julius Caesar and Faulkenbridge in King John
