About This Piece
The Art
Thames Tunnel c The Thames Tunnel from Rotherhithe to Wapping was the most remarkable undertaking by the engineer and inventor Sir Marc Isambard Brunel His son Isambard Kingdom Brunel was site engineer on the project Construction began in but was not completed until partly due to the workings being totally flooded in causing the project to be abandoned for several years people walked through the tunnel on the day it opened Today it is part of the London Underground

This giclée print delivers a vivid image with maximum color accuracy and exceptional resolution. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are “sprayed” onto high-quality paper. With the great degree of detail and smooth transitions of color gradients, giclée prints appear much more realistic than other reproduction prints. The high-quality paper (235 gsm) is acid free with a smooth surface.
