RMS 'Atlantis', c1929-c1952. Previously a liner named 'Andes', the 'Atlantis' was converted into a cruise ship and renamed by the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company in 1929. She later served as a hospital ship during World War II and ended her career transporting British emigrants to Australia and New Zealand before being scrapped in 1952. This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.
