The Artist
Marco Carmassi's passion for photography comes from the environment in which he has lived since he was a child. Here in Italy, the beauty of art is part of the natural development of each of us; we grow up playing in places full of the most important art masterpieces.
Being a photographer for almost 30 years, he's always tried to avoid any compromise in terms of quality, spending a long time in searching new perspectives, new points of view, new approaches in composition and framing.
His goal is to transmit the truth of nature, freezing in time its ever changing beauty, catching the perfect light, patiently waiting for the best (or worst) weather. Nothing is added or hidden in post-production, the landscapes are shot just the way they are at that very moment.
