John F. Kennedy was the 35th President of the United States of America and was assassinated part-way through his tenure, in 1963. JFK was the youngest President when elected in 1961 and he faced a number of foreign crises during his presidency, including Cuba with the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban missile crisis and in Berlin.
