How do I purchase a gift card?
It's easy! Shop our gift card page, select the gift card amount, enter the recipient’s email, add to cart then checkout. The gift card is sent electronically the same day to the recipient's email address. Please note: gift cards purchased before 6/15/24 were fulfilled by our third party partner, Cashstar. Gift cards would have come from: artgiftcards@cashstar.com
How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter your gift card code on the checkout page payment options.
How do I check my balance?
Email us at support@art.com to inquire about your gift card balance.
What if I return my purchase?
Your refund conveniently goes back on your gift card balance.
What if I don’t have my gift card code?
If you purchased/received a gift card before 06/15/24, contact Cashstar at 1-855-820-0478 or email at artgiftcards@cashstar.com. If you purchased starting 11/21/24, contact support@art.com
