The most famous cabaret in the world, Moulin Rouge was founded in 1889 and is still hosting shows today, though in a different location as the original building burned down in 1915. In the late 1800s, Art Nouveau artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec memorialized the Moulin Rouge and Parisian nightlife with his poster "At the Moulin Rouge" as well as a variety of other posters celebrating the venue and risqué can-can dancers. Certainly not the only artist inspired by the club throughout the years, E. Paul Villeroy offered his take in 1900, Pierre Okley's mid-century "1962 Moulin Rouge Cancan Rose" showed another generation, and photographic prints of "2010 Moulin Rouge at Night" bring us into modern times. Decorate your home bar with giclee prints and poster prints of Moulin Rouge to bring ooh la la home.
