Workspace Art to Art.com Business FAQs

Will my account login credentials be the same as they are for Workspaceart (WAC), or will I need to create a new account?

Your account will be transferred to Art.com as an Art Business account, using the same email username. For security reasons, you’ll need to reset your password the first time you log in using the password reset email.


Will I have access to my saved galleries? 

WAC Galleries and Favorites functionality will temporarily be unavailable with the Art.com Business launch. Existing WAC galleries will also not transfer to Art.com Business at this time. This is temporary—we’re actively working to restore this functionality. Once it's available on Art.com, WAC galleries can be transferred.


Will I still have all the same framing customization options that made WAC different than Art.com?

Most frame options will be available on Art.com Business. At launch, a refined selection of mats will be offered, with the full business assortment returning shortly after.


Will I have access to my workspaceart.com order history? 

Yes, you can access your WorkspaceArt.com order history directly from your account.


Will my tier discount still apply or will I be starting over? 

Your tier discount will continue on Art.com—your past WAC purchases will count toward your Art Business tier, and future Art Business purchases will be added to it as well.


Will I still have all the same payment options that made workspace different than art.com? 

Yes, credit terms and pay later/mail options will be available on Art.com Business. Contact the art business team to see if you are eligible for art business credit terms.
