About This Piece
The Art
White Star Lines steamer Oceanic Built in by Harland and Wolff at Belfast the Oceanic was the first liner built for the White Star Line Powered by a combination of steam and sail she had a crew of and could carry first class and third class passengers The Oceanic made her maiden voyage on nd March and continued to operate on the transatlantic route between Liverpool and New York until March before being chartered to the Occidental and Oriental Steamship Company sailing between San Francisco Yokohama and Hong Kong

This giclée print delivers a vivid image with maximum color accuracy and exceptional resolution. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are “sprayed” onto high-quality paper. With the great degree of detail and smooth transitions of color gradients, giclée prints appear much more realistic than other reproduction prints. The high-quality paper (235 gsm) is acid free with a smooth surface.
