George Hudson, the 'Railway King', 1848. Hudson (1800-1871) was an English railway speculator, ruined during the 1847-1848 railway mania when he was accused of paying dividends out of capital. From The Illustrated London News. (London, 1848). This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions.
